Next Level: 50% drop in attack speed for kobs. Lasts 18 hours.

Level 1: 50% drop in attack speed for kobs. Lasts 18 hours.
Level 2: 60% drop in attack speed for kobs. Lasts 24 hours.
Level 3: 70% drop in attack speed for kobs. Lasts 36 hours.
Level 4: 70% drop in attack speed for kobs. Lasts 48 hours.
Level 5: 80% drop in attack speed for kobs. Lasts 72 hours.
Level 6: 95% drop in attack speed and 5% mobility for kobs. Lasts 240 hours.
Level 7: 99% drop in attack speed and 20% mobility for kobs. Lasts 1 month.

This skill can't be debuffable, they remain also when kobs log off
